Urooj is an associate Chartered Accountant and also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Urooj joined in 2003 and brought with him diversity and rich experience he gained during his association with Ernst & Young's member firm in Pakistan and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, where he served as Manager Examinations.

Urooj heads the Corporate Consulting and Accountancy Services Division.

Ahson, heads the Business Risk Services and Human Resource Consulting Division of . Prior to joining in 2002, Ahson was associated with Ernst and Young's member firm in Pakistan from 1997 till 2002. Ahson has been involved in teaching professional stage CIMA and ACCA subjects since 2002 and has imparted corporate trainings to personnel of several large and medium-size organizations in Pakistan. Ahson is an associate Public Finance Accountant and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors - US.
